Return Policy
At Glykas Auto Parts, returns are accepted for both your online purchases and your purchases from our physical stores.
The following are the detailed terms and conditions of returns:
1. The return must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product
2. The package must be accompanied by the legal purchase document
(e.g. Invoice or Retail Receipt)
3. The product packaging must be in perfect condition
4. The product must not have been installed
Attention! In case the product is not returned within the stipulated days, the return will not be accepted!
When is the return of products at the expense of Glykas Auto Parts
In cases where the order is executed incorrectly either in type or quantity, the shipping costs for the return and re-shipment of the product concern exclusively the company.
When is the return of products at the customer's expense
In the event that the customer prepays his order via bank deposit and has chosen the wrong product or regrets the purchase of the product and the package has been shipped, then for the above reasons the return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
If the customer wishes to make a new purchase corresponding to the amount of his deposit, he can do so by contacting us by phone.
The shipping costs of the new shipment are again borne by the customer!
If he does not wish to replace the product, then a refund can be made as soon as the company receives the package. The process is carried out via bank deposit, providing all the necessary information. (Name of beneficiary, Bank, IBAN)
· In the event that the product is damaged during transport, the responsibility belongs exclusively to the courier because the shipment of the package leaves our stores with all the necessary specifications. This results in a time-consuming process as compensation is requested from the Courier. However, for your best service, the damaged product is replaced immediately by our company.
Important Note: The packaging does not always correspond to the product ordered!
