Product Shipping

Our company guarantees that packages will leave our facilities in perfect condition and properly packaged to ensure the best possible service for you.

Please note: Our company assumes no liability for any damage that may occur during shipping.

Products are shipped via ELTA COURIER & BOXNOW

Shipments via ELTA are charged based on the weight and volume of the package.

For shipments up to 5 kg, the cost is €3.50. For each additional kilogram, a charge of €1.00 is added.

Shipping costs are also calculated based on the package’s dimensions (length x width x height), according to the volumetric calculation.

In the case of payment by bank deposit, the customer is charged only for shipping.

If cash on delivery is selected, there is an additional charge of €1.50.

Note: BOX NOW only accepts payments via bank deposit. Cash on delivery is not supported.

Note: If the packaging is damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery!
